Back in November I wrote to all of you concerning the increase in fees coming in 2012 we are having to make in order to continue to make ends meet. That time is now here. Below is listed the new changes. Like most operators, we are desperately trying to operate without any increase but that has reached it’s make or break zone.
Door fees will reflect the addition of one dollar to help us defray the costs of drinks, cups etc. I have had several members say they will just bring in a cup. Well, that kind of defeats the purpose. The one dollar will go a long way to helping reduce the overall operating costs, so the door fee will reflect that charge.
Charge cards processing costs have risen so high that many small businesses no longer accept them, even though there are more debit cards than ever before. Due to the rising costs, credit card usage will reflect a $1.00 processing fee.
Yearly Membership & Membership Renewals - $35.00 if you pay with cash. $36.00 if you pay with a credit/debit card.
Friday Nights -
Members - $11.00 CASH per person (if you pay with cash).
Members - $12.00 CHARGE per person (if you pay with a credit/debit card).
Saturday Nights -
Members - $21.00 CASH per person (if you pay with cash)
Members - $22.00 CHARGE per person (if you pay with a credit/debit card).
Entrance fee includes one cup per person. Additional cups cost $1.00 each.
I am indeed sorry for the need to charge more, but all things are going up, except for our pay levels it seems.
On a more positive note, I believe that 2012 will be a much more exciting and fun filled year for our members.
